Privacy Policy
Last updated May 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Layma (“Layma”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and service at studiolayma.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account information
You can create an account in two ways. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google so we can create and identify your account — we never receive your Google password. If you sign in with a magic link, we collect the email address you provide so we can send the link and identify your account. You may also use the Service as a guest, in which case we create an anonymous account that is not tied to your identity until you sign in.
Content you provide
To generate ad banners, you give us the URL of an app or store listing (for example an App Store or Google Play page). We fetch and process publicly available information from that listing — such as the app name, description, icon, screenshots, and brand colors — and we store the banners we generate for you, along with your settings and edits.
Payment information
Payments and subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. We do not collect or store your full card details. We receive limited records of your purchases (such as order and subscription status) to grant credits and manage billing.
Usage and device information
We use product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the Service is used — for example pages viewed, features used, and events such as starting a generation or completing a purchase. This may include your approximate location (derived from IP address), browser, and device type. We use a hashed form of your IP address for abuse prevention and to enforce free-trial limits; we do not store raw IP addresses for this purpose.
How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating and storing your banners.
- To authenticate you and manage your account and credits.
- To process payments and provide customer support.
- To analyze usage, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
- To communicate with you about your account or the Service.
Service providers
We share information with third-party providers only as needed to operate the Service. These include:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Anthropic (Claude) — brand analysis and copy generation.
- Google (Gemini) and fal.ai — AI image generation.
- Lemon Squeezy — payment and subscription processing.
- PostHog — product analytics.
- Railway — application hosting.
We do not send your account or payment information to the AI providers (Anthropic, Google Gemini, and fal.ai) — only the app-listing content and your generation settings are sent to them, solely to produce your banners. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and local storage
We and our providers use cookies and similar browser storage to operate the Service. Supabase uses them to keep you signed in and maintain your session, and PostHog uses them to measure usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, but some features — such as staying signed in — may not work without them.
Data retention
We retain your account information, generated banners, and related data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Anonymous guest accounts and their data may be deleted after a period of inactivity. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below).
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at studiolayma@gmail.com. You can revoke Layma’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service where appropriate.
